The course is designed to teach you the key principles and concepts behind Mindfulness. It will also provide you with skills and techniques to help manage stress, and integrate a mindful state of consciousness into your daily life.
8 hours of live teaching will be delivered in 20 minute lessons throughout the course.
Handouts will be sent out weekly, on Sunday Evenings to get you ready for the week ahead.
In addition to the course, you’ll gain access to the Facebook Social Learning group- “Mindful Space“, where I’ll be sharing; day to day Wellbeing advice, journaling tips, Healthy recipes and general Good Vibes.
You’ll also be able to catch up on lessons at your convenience and share insight and learning with other group members.
The Mindful Space is a closed group where I facilitate a safe place for group process and share a wealth of information. Your engagement allows me to personalise the training, so I encourage you to join in and connect with the group.
